Title says it all really. I'm looking to upgrade from my Gigabyte 6600 GT which has heatpipe cooling and no fan. PC is quiet at the moment and I would like it to stay quiet.

Any suggestions?

I dont think there is anything faster without a fan at the moment ( not 100% on that tho ). Maybe one of these x1800xl/7800GT/x1800xt 256 with a new cooler. Im sure some one could sergest a quiet cooler for you. x1800xt 256 would be the best out of them but would be a bit over your budget. They go for £205 at the moment plus cooler ( for example Artic Cooling Accelero X2 Cooler £23 ) and PP @ £8. If this is a bit much leadtek 7800 GT is £182.

Hope this helps

There is the Asus ATI Radeon EAX-X1600 XT SILExtreme NT/TVD 256MB GDDR3 AVIVO TV-Out/DVI (PCI-Express)

Its passive, but I dont think it would be much faster (even about *** same?) as the GT, although it does have 256MB, which might give it the edge on new and future games.

Expect passive 7600's to be available maybe soon, as these GPUS run very cool and are ideal for HTPC's.
