Quiet PSU 350-450W

I currently have a VS450 PSU that I bought for this build, the VS450 PSU seems to be faulty, makes a lound grinding noise from time to time which is a common fault.

Ideally I want to replace it with a quite or silent one, I've seen these two which claim to be silent when not under load

Ah that's ok then, I will go ahead and order the EVGA one as it seems to be off when not needed.
