Quiet PSU for a 2550K + GTX970

I put together a little rig for my dad with said hardware and used an old PSU of mine but it's far too noisy and rather ancient now too.

I'm after a PSU powerful enough for the hardware (which will be mildly overclocked) that's as near to silent as possible since it's going to be a living room PC.

Budget is £80 max.

Thanks. Shortly after creating this thread i found an EVGA GS 550 for £60 reduced from £80. It's fully modular and the fan doesn't spin until needed so i jumped on that.

If it turns out to be no good for some reason then i'll definitely take a look at that Bitfenix.
