quiet/silent power supply needed

I bought a Cooler Master for me old rig which is not that old but the fans runs all the time and is noisy so looking for a replacement

I would like suggestions as to what power to go for and a recommendation as to which supply however I seem to see the name Super Flower Leadex mentioned.

The rig, so you have an idea what its powering:
Gigabyte X99 Micro Atx in a Corsair 240 cube case
Intel i7-5829 clocked at 4000mhz
32 GB DDR4 ram 4x8 modules
Gforce 960 mildly clocked
3 x ssd amd 1 x HHD
3 x 120mm fans
No CD/DVD or floppy
about 3 USB devices

I seem to think that its a good idea to have some headroom. One for any upgrades the other so the PSU is ticking over and not creating as much heat, therefore less fan noise
