Quiet / Silent PSU for oldish PC

After years of this loud PC, I want to quieten this thing down! The PSU for certain is whats making the racket, so looking to get something to replace it. It doesn't need to be that powerful, my current rig includes is:

Core 2 Duo E6300 (not currently overclocked but looking to do so)
2GB Corsair RAM
Seagate SATA 200GB Hard Drive
Samsung SATA 500GB Hard Drive
Old Seagate IDE 80GB Hard Drive
Pioneer DVD ReWriter
Radeon 4850HD
X-Fi XtremeMusic
Network Card

My current PSU is 500W, which I think is more than adequate; there will be no need to get anything more as if I upgrade my PC I'd get a new PSU for that. I really just want something very very quiet for my current rig

Without wanting to sound like a cheapskate (but doing so)... is there nothing recommended for those on a cheaper budget? I know really cheap PSUs are a deathwish, but was hoping for something a little less than £50

nexus value 430w, if you want something quieter than the OCZ
