Quiet, small and tastefull?

What would people suggest for a full system build (all components inc monitor, mouse, os, keyboard).

I really want it as discrete as possible, as tasteful as possible i.e. minimalist (size and aesthetic) and as quiet as possible; yet it must be a strong gamer.

I know there are tradeoffs in all this - hence I'm seeking some expert opinions.

Budget: variable but around the 2.5k mark

Personal opinion, a 750w psu is completely overkill, and that corsair psu is pretty bad compared to the competition.
