Quiet small(power) PSUs?

Looking for 4-5 power supplies for some office PCs that will likely be in Mini-ITX/ATX chassis on the desk so they need to be quiet.

Any recommendations?
Budget is absolute highest £40 per unit.

Not too fussed about power efficiency at all really.

I've never done an ITX build before, but cables can literally just be shoved in fortunately.
It's the Antec ISK-600M ITX (5 of them actually) - the description stated the case supports normal ATX PSUs, so fingers crossed.

Fanless would break the budget Not *that* fussed for noise.

They won't quite be on 24/7
Our building is probably using 350-400A constantly so a few extra aren't going to hurt..

They'll be in an open office so no worries for heat etc.
