Just spent a couple of hours putting together a few old computer bits and have come up with a cheap NAS box. Going to stick this up in the loft and run some network cable up there. Only problem is that it's so loud!! 
It's running an old socket 423 2GHz P4 and the stock heatsink sounds like a jet fighter taking off. If i put this thing up in the loft I'll be able to hear it through the ceiling. Could anyone recommend a cheap and quiet skt423 cooler??
