Quiet socket 939 fan

A few questions - I need a quiet (preferably cheap) CPU fan for an AMD skt 939 3700+ SD but, does anyone know if the Antec Sonata II case ducting system can be used instead of a CPU fan? If so how efficient is it?

If i o/c this chip, it will be a modest clock on air, so a fan with a little bit of lattitude would be handy.

Ive just got myself an Arctic Freezer 64 pro, cracking coolers by all accounts, and very, very quiet, cant wait to get it fitted as i just picked it up today so aint had time yet, if it will fit inside your case its definately worth considering.
