One thing you should note is that the Twin FrozR cooler dump heat inside the case, so you should have a fan on side-panel for exhausting the heat that build up at the lower half of the case to keep the temp of the card as well as the noise level low.
All graphic card with "dump heat into case" cooler instead of the "exhaust blower" type cooler will suffer the same "heat getting recycled back into graphic card cooler" issue if without exhaust fan at close proximity, as typically the top rear and/or top exhaust fans are simply too far away and not effective enough on removing the heat generated by the graphic card and dump into the lower half of the case.Would that be applicable for all Twin Frozr Cards?
Yes. Just about every non-reference graphics card dumps and recirculates air within the case. If your case has reasonable airflow such cards are fine, but for low airflow enclosures (Small Form Factor for example) reference coolers are better.Would that be applicable for all Twin Frozr Cards?
