Quietest 80mm fans

Between Akasa Amber Ultra Quiet 80mm (20db) and Akasa Paxfan (18db), which one is quieter?
I heard that the Paxfan is almost inaudible even at 12V, is it that quiet? I don't really care much about the led and the fancy color, all I need is quietness. Has anybody used both?

obviously the pax fan as its 2dba quiter but in reality u wont notice the difference although the amber fans do look better

SilenX iXtrema Pro fans

You won't find any quieter, be mindful of the airflow though, the quietest don't move a lot of air.

Obviously I can't tell you which UK retailers sell them.
