quietest case for <£80?

Hi what is the quietest case one can buy for under £80? I have a z77 ds3h atx motherboard with a gtx460 and would also like a smaller size if possible?

Are the pre-damped ones worth it?
Im thinking of getting this one:

A friend on this forum has just got this case and loves it, says it's very quiet. You would struggle to do better at that price point imo.

I run a CM Silencio on my build, restricted on fans but very quiet. I have 2x intakes at the front with my water cooler rad/fan as an exhaust at the back.

Edit: Although not as small as you were hoping i'd guess?

BitFenix Ghost is quiet.

It has noise dampening material applied to the sides and other places.
