quietest cooler for socket 754 amd

Hi

what is the quietest cpu cooler i can buy for my socket 754 amd64 3000?

I've had a look HERE but am unsure of which one to go for. my budget is £20 max!

The Zalman's are very good coolers. However, if you're not fussed about spending loads on ultra-high cooling performance, then I'd go for the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro. It's fantastic value, and is very quiet.

If money is no object then get a Scythe Ninja or Thermaltake Big Typhoon and pair it with a quiet 120mm fan like a Nexus/Akasa Amber/Acoustifan etc.
