Quietest CPU cooler and fans for HTPC?

Hi,

I'm thinking of putting this together: Antec Fusion HTPC Case, Core2Duo E4300, 1GB DDR2, Samsung SpinPoint 400GB SATA-II 16Mb on an Asrock Conroe945G-DVI.

The only question i have is about cooling. I have an old Shuttle at the moment so it's practically silent with the single Panaflo exhaust fan in.

What's the quitest fan range around now, and can anyone suggest a decent CPU cooler? Can the E4300 run fanless with any coolers? This machine will be HTPC only, no overclocking, no 3D so it's must be silent!

Riskay if you don't know what yer doing. I'd check the temps with cooling first then switch to passive and retest for differences.

PS Get rid of the SpinPoint / Seagates which everyone thinks are near silent...
