What sort of Wattage are you after? Any of the Corsair/Antec/BeQuiet PSU's will be fairly quiet or you could look at the Zalman Heatpipe Cooled range perhaps if you need something really quiet

Thanks, the Seasonic I see is rated at 0db, OC doesn't seem to show db values for psu's, are the zalman heatpipe psu's 0db?
