Quietest PSU?

Im looking for the cheapest (350-400W) but quietest PSU? (preferably almost silent)

Something in the £40 range.

Yup, i was looking at the Seasonic S12-330W Power Supply, ocuk dont do it, but i dont need powerful, so less is better, as it needs to be cool and quiet.

Its only about £30ish
