Finally got my system to a level of coolness I like, idles at around 32 degrees and loads at around 55 degrees. I'm now concentrating on silencing. I have 1 rear Antec Tricool which on the lowest setting is silent. I'm considering replacing my two front 92mm fans with some silent ones. My front ones aren't incredibly loud but they use molex and I'd like to get a fan controller aswell. So this is what I need:
Decent fan controller for 4 fans
Two decent 92mm fans
Something to silence my hard drive
I have an Antec NSK6500, btw. I've also got an Arctic Accelero S1 on the way to silence my graphics card (it's passive).

Bungee cord suspension is more effective for removing vibration resonance, though noisy seeking/use will need a full enclosure or a replacing with a quieter drive.
I currently have a Maxtor 320GB, it's not incredibly loud but I would like to keep it as silent as possible. How does bungee chord suspension work? Have you got any pictures of it?

Are the drives totally silent like this? Or is there a better method of silencing? Also, will the drives not fall out? I move my case around a lot as I do a lot of upgrades.

not totally silent no (I can just hear my raptor at night when the house is quiet) as you still get read/write noise - you'd need an enclosure for 0dB

Never had a drive move or slide out on me - elastic is very tight mind - also you can secure the drive by screwing throught the bunge or elastic as shown on RoachycaL images above
How much would an enclosure set me back?

I guess bungee it is then. Also, using a fan controller can I actually turn a fan off? Also, can anyone recommend some cheaper 92 fans?
