Quit Smoking - Again

Well it's that time of year where I attempt to give up the cancer sticks, and normally fail. This time I'm going to give it my best shot as I really want to quit smoking for good, plus as I'm planning on going back to the gym it's got to be good. Wish me luck people, I think I'm going to need it.

Although I have got a mean headache right now, not sure if it's because I haven't smoked since last night

Hey Stalker dude of my locality.
If you quit then you are a bigger man than me. I have tried countless times and always fails. Am sitting here puffing away my first as i write.
So i think i am tuff but in reality i am a weak minded fool.

Good luck to you mate and expect MAJOR slagging off if you fail.

That's one of the reasons I'm telling everybody about this, I know if I fail I'll never live it down so it's more of an incentive to stay off them
