Quite what?

Guessing you mean quiet, in that case we need to know what fans/cooling you will be using.

Cheers,

Quite what? Quite good - yes. Quite fast - yes. Quite quiet - yes.

You'll need a CPU cooler. A Tuniq Tower would be a good bet, although I don't know how they rate for quiet levels. But they are damn good at cooling. The Zalman 9700 is supposed to be a pretty quiet cooler, but I think it's on the same level as the Tuniq. And the Tuniq does a better job of cooling.

Are you going to go SLI in near future? If not, another mbd might be a better choice, such as the Asus P5W64-WS Pro.

From what I've read, the Lian Li S80 is more quiet than the V1000.

The PSU really is overkill I'd say. The Corsair HX 620W would be a better choice given your setup, and it's a very quiet one.

Fans are probably the most crucial element though. The Scythe's are considered one of the most quiet at the moment.
