Quotation marks?

Silly question perhaps but is there any particular rule for single or double quotation marks? What's the difference?

Nothing particularly important, just remember to match them up opening and closing. See the Wikipedia article, I tend to use double quotation marks for someone elses speech and single for my own or where I've paraphrased.
