hey all,

looking to get a quote for carpet on a room which measures roughly 4.2 metres by 3.6m

also require underlay too, now assuming I want the cheapest carpet possible - how much do you think I should be quoted?
(based in south east this is btw)

quotes are free? get multiple ones

Go to a showroom and look for end of roll, off cut whatever and then add underlay and fitting.

cheapest way possible. £3-400 quid.

50p if you hop.

I would say second hand on ebay, but if the limited research I did before buying a carpet recently shows there is a surprising amount of competition for old carpet, I was sure people would be virtually paying you take take it off them, but no. Decided to do it properly in the end rather than just buying a bit second hand as a stop gap.

Call Frank's, we had him fit out the downstairs of our house for less than my tiny bedroom cost.

Then again, they used gripper rods that were to big so two of us in the house ended up ripping the bottom of our feet open one morning.

glue some slippers to some tester patches - sorted!

get some free quotes.. it does boggle the mind some times asking things like this.
