Pondering the thought of getting some wooden floors in my house cleaned, sanded down, varnished and so on.
Basically i live in a big rented house where it's all quite carefree so we're thinking of chipping in and getting people in to do it for us.
It would be part of the kitchen, the hallway and living room so perhaps 30m square in total but that's a guess.
How much would this sort of work cost?
