Qusetion about AA/AF settings.

Just wondering, if you have AA/AF permanently set to 4x/8x in the Nvidia control panel, is it best to leave them as 'off' inside a games settings menu or does it not matter what you have them set as because your graphics card overrides them?

I heard with some games it just buggers it up like with, Obvilion and Call of Juarez.

In some games like GRAW they dont even have AA settings.

It will automatically override whatever is ingame.

Not necessarily - in Oblivion the game actually seems to turn it off, but still takes the frame-rate hit as if it were on. It depends on how the game is coded.

Not true. It will end up turning them OFF in a lot of games.

Best option IMO is to set them in-game and only force it at driver level for games which don't support it natively (e.g. set up an application profile)
