Any hints - struggling to get anything over a stableFSB of 300 mhz in the IN9 32 MAX. Though I got it to 3.2ghz in windows once using abits oc guru but fiddled and can not get it back! :-) Now back to a rock steady 3ghz with a 10 by multiplier.

Cheers all

Stuart

You serious

So a 250 odd pound board and it wont even let you up the Multi, My god :(

Yup didn't find out till I got it - nightmare huh. Hopefully they will fix it with a BIOS update.

My X6800 was maxed at 11* multi on the AW9D-MAX until Abit released a new bios in December, I can go as far as 30+ now - not that I'd tempt fate ;)

It's a relatively new board, I'd wait for a bios update or two before pushing it (or binning it!)

Thanks for the feedback I have my fingures crossed bios update - soon will let me up it a nothc even 11 multiplier would give me 3.3ghz on the quad I reckon which I woudl be happy with.

All current mobos are troubled with FSB clocking and quads.

EVGA will honour a RMA if a new REV is needed with the quads.

RMA that mobo if it does not allow multi clocking.

It allows clocking but only gives an option of 6 to 10! not much good when it starts at 10 unfortunatly
