QX6700 Quad core to Core 2 Duo E4300 HELP

Running a QX6700 Quad core at the moment @ 3.2 but thinking of selling it for about £450-500 and getting a Core 2 Duo E4300 (£77) and overclocking it to the same sort of speeds but wanted to know if I will see much difference as I don’t do any video editing etc with my QX6700 so just think I’m wasting it in my machine, I do play games though. So anyone taken a step back and if so what was it like?

What sort of price are they going to be then, :)

i dont need to sell the QX6700 because i need the money i just like changing stuff around and having a play, you had a play with Intel Core 2 Duo E2140 yet easy ;)
