Hey, I posted this in the wrong section I think so now I made a post here, I think it's more appropriate. Anyway...
A while ago I made this post:

I don't know what I have done to deserve such screwed up luck, but I am not liking this one bit.
Let me tell you the events that have taken place up until now, short and sweet (BITTER ).
Morning. Wake up have breakfast, start computer. It starts up fine, desktop comes everything loads up nicely. Click on a song, Media player loads up. Comp freezes. No response, no noise nothing.
I restart. Exactly the same thing happens but this time it just randomly locks up when I move the mouse a bit after everything is loaded up.
I restart. Again the same thing, I was going to try to run system restore but it locks up before I get to it.
I restart, and try installing Vista on it. It installed fine bubut when it came to the screen where it says windows is preparing to start up for the first, it doesn't go anyway.
I restart. Same thing happens. So by now I reckon maybe its my harddrive that screwed up, so I open the comp up, unplug the raptor, and tried installing it on the Seagate 500GB. It installed faster I think, and even went past the first startup message when installation was complete, but then all I saw was my cursor in the middle of a black screen. Again no response, no movements, nothing.
Reset CMOS but it still doesnt work. Motherboard diagnostics show 'FF' which supposedly mean. I unplug my 2 DVD drives and change the SATA port for the Seagate, but still nothing. Infact now its even worse, Just after the microsoft windows thing comes, it just restarts for no reason. I dont even get to see the cursor anymore. In bootup diagnostics the keyboard doesn't work either, but in the BIOS it does.
So there you have it, the events that have taken place from 10:00 to 13:00.
P.S The only 'change' to the system was just a software update that installed before the computer shut down last night. There were no problems last night either.
Well the other day I think I found out what the problem was...I noticed that my CPU multiplier is only 6x, meaning it was running at 1600mhz. Whatever I did wouldnt stress it to make it clock higher, so it wasn't the speedstep working. The BIOS value was also 6x so I made it to default 10x but then when I logged on to desktop the exact same problem happened which is described in my previous post.
So basically I don't know why :S
Help?
