qx9650 problem

hey, am i missing something to make overclocking cpu over 4.5ghz ive tried everything as far as fsb and volts northbridge volts but it just will not post over 4.5ghz tried different multiplyer,cpu runs @ 19c @3.0ghz and 27c when playing cod maxed out so cpu cooling isint a problem the n/b and cards are watercooled,any ideas welcome :confused:

10x450 1.543v dram 2.02v n/b v 1.51 the rest of the setting are on auto have tried to tweak and play around with other setting but with no joy.i know 4.5 ghz is good but yu know how it is i want more.lol
