R.A.T 7 Corner Slowness, Anyone help?

Hey guys.

I recently reinstalled windows 7 and everything, and when i was using it i noticed in the top right corner near the minimize and other items that if i scrolled right at the top of it (touching the top of my monitor) it would spas out a bit and go slowly and really odd and then go fine when i was away from it, but its only if i touch the top bit.

This gets hugely annoying in starcraft, league and any game i play and i cant seem to find a fix, thsi happened before and after i installed drivers, changed resolution, tried a lot of things but no dice.

Anyone had this problem before or got advice, didnt do this before i reinstalled windows 7 and its starting to make me angry.

Try another mouse or monitor see if its actually the mouse and if nobody else replies with a fix, RMA it.

Uninstall the drivers, the go to device manager (right click "computer" then "manage"), uninstall the mouse from there too. Remove the mouse. Plug it back in. Reinstall drivers.

If theres still an issue. Try a different USB port too.

Reinstalling drivers didnt work, as i say it was doing it before i installedany drivers. And i tried every usb port. It cant be faulty i only reinstalled windows.

Seems like some kind of "Slow down near window button elements option"

I've not seen a bespoke option for that in my RAT software but perhaps it is windows?

Try booting a bootable environment with desktop/mouse elements and seeing if the same occurs?

No, its just in that one corner, nowhere else.

I tried another mouse, same thing happened, i really wish i would have just retried the drivers for my second sound card instead of reinstalling this whole ****ing windows, now i got not games, cant transfer anything from windows.old and im stuck with MORE ****ing problems than i started out with...
