My mum and I have just had to have the family dog put down, after her tumour staterd to get the better of her.
She was 13 and had the best life a dog could ever wish for.
From a rescue centre at a 6 month old pup Saffy brought SO much happiness to all our lives, and she will be so so so missed.
She was on her bed and was in no pain, we were both with her and like we always told her " shut your eyes and go to sleep " thats what she did.
She will now be with my dad and nan and grandad who also loved her so so much.
love you lots Saffy dog ! :)

I really feel for your loss.

My pip had a tumour removed just before Christmas and luckily it was benign, I don't want to think about what I'd be like when I lose her.

Damn dogs, how do they get so inside your soul :(

RIP Saffy.

I hope you and the family are coping, I remember when our mini sheltie Lady had to go for the long sleep, it left a big hole in all our lives especially my father who had a special connection with her. She knew when he was coming home 5 mins before he arrived.

Rip Saffy.

I've had my dog 2 years now, and already know i'll be heartbroken when he eventually passes away, love my lil Spud dog haha :)
