R290 Reference - which firmware?

Hey folks,

I am running 2 x 290 reference cards in crossfire and water cooled. My question is what is the best firmware for me to be running on these cards? I have found a couple of modded ASUS 290X bios? 1 removes throttling and the other is more extreme.

Wouls also like to know. I have the MSI one (doesn't unlock to a 290x if that makes a difference ) and i'm wondering if I can get a bit more oomph out of it.

I'm fairly limited on my cards since i'm not sure the ASUS PT1 bios works on MSI Lightning 290X's since they use Samsung memory. Might try it later to see if it improves overclocking stability.
