R290x Uber Switch Snapped help !!

Hi

i need some help. tonight i was trying out a few things as i been having problems with my 290xs having issues in bf4. I was going to try the standard bios so i set to flick both switchs to quiet mode. I used a small flat screw driver as its small to get at as i have water blocks on both cards. i moved the 2nd cards switch to the left and it snapped.

any ideas to get it repaired ? it stuck on quiet mode now and cant change it back

Sure you can just flash bios to high perf. Done.

Can't you just adjust the fan profile in the AMD Catalyst control centre.

In the overdrive bit, I manually set the fan to 50%.

i got ref cards and the quiet mode is voltage locked, i unlocked these cards with asus bios 6 months ago on uber setting. Can i flash the quiet mode bios to a voltage unlocked bios ?

if i can i will just put the other card into quiet mode and flash both on them to a unlocked bios ?

can someone advise ? 8 PACK can this be done?

also whats the best bios ?

You can flash any ref bios to any of the bios chips.

Its no issue.

If the sticky out part of the switch has come off then just use something spikey (or the corner of a small flat bladed screwdriver) to slide it back.

The only difference is fan control between the different bios is it not, just make a fan profile in AB and play it safe?

Hey i have all ready tired this and just damaged the plastic in the end the hole lot has come out . I am not to fussed if i can just Flash the bios in quiet mode. I am under water anyway so will make no diffrence trying to set a fan profile.

Whats the best Bios out there ? i been using the asus bios but its not all that stable etc
