R4BE cold boots to BIOS

Can anyone help me, ever since I built this rig it always cold boots to BIOS. I'm at a loss on how to get it to boot to windows normally.

I`ve come across this quite a bit with my old Gigabyte sniper 2 mobo and other forums. Its essentially related to memory failure; try upping the IMC voltage a tad and maybe try looser timings. Sometimes some boards just dont like certain memory
