R5 3600 4.5Ghz OC @ 1.375v [all cores]

So I've just started playing around with overclocking my R5 3600 cpu and I have a relatively stable 4.5Ghz @ 1.375v all cores.

max temps don't go above 69 deg C

Cinebench R15 score of 1790 and R20 score of 4052

Can you recommend any other stability testing for this and is 1.375v all core an ok voltage or should I be looking to lower for long term stability?

I managed 4.55Ghz @ 1.4v and 70 deg C which ran Cinebench fine but didn't want to let games or Steam start up so brought it down a bit.
 
Again voltage is fine , providing ample cooling. 1.5v is fine for ryzens split second bursts but not 24/7 , 1.35v air , upto 1.4v liquid. ^seen the argument above so many times without evidence of such . Have 4 ryzens all running between 1.325 and 1.375v since release , no degradation, tested every couple months and nothing changes. However running stock with XFR and PBO enabled is the community standard for all round best perf.

So what I'm seeing is any voltage is potentially fine (up to the 1.4v max) so long as temps are controlled suitably?

I'm using a 360mm AIO cooler with idle temps in the 20s degC and max temps not going over 69-70 deg C under heavy CPU load.
 
I found RealBench a decent tool for stability testing my 3600 that doesnt murder the CPU like Small FFT Prime does. It will highlight errors if detected.

I'm so jealous... i can't get mine over 4.1Ghz all core no matter what i do to it, new silicon on these is SO much better.

For long term use 1.375v is perfect, 1.4v you're starting to get into an area where its too high if you want to run it like that for years, they can handle up to 1.5v short term, up to 1.375v long term.

For gaming those volts are the same as mine, only yours boosts higher, mind boosts to about 4.175Ghz in games, gaming is a lighter load so Zen 2's AI allows it to ramp up a little higher, if you put that under a high load like Handbreak you will find it doesn't boost much past 4Ghz with volts under 1.4v.

yeah it does 4050 on high load at 1.375.
