R5 5600X RAM

Hi Chaps,

I am looking at Corsair 32GB (2x16GB) 3600 CL18 vs Corsair 32 (2x16GB) 3466 CL16, between these which would you recommend?

For example a 3600MT/s RAM kit could overclock to 4400MT/s single rank in the first slot of a daisy chained motherboard but only do 3600MT/s dual ranked or all slots full. Or like my 10900k dual ranked means 3600MT/s and no higher.
