R6 case, H100 cooler and P8Z68V PRO Gen 3 build question

Hi.
Hope you can help?
Just replaced the case and cooler on my PC build.
Its all up and running, but getting a CPU fan error on boot up.
I`ve connected the H100 fan to the Fractual R6 controller, and Ai Suit fan expert seems to be working, but the bios isnt recording the fan speed.
Bit confused as to what to fit where.
I`ve switched the alarm off in BIOS, but not sure if I`ve done the right thing.
FanXpert sensor is not reading any fan speeds.

I would personally connect the AIO fans/pump to the motherboard and control any case fans via the R6’s hub. That would give you a lot more transparency and control.

Yea, i suspect most mortherboards will give an error if they can't detect a fan plugged into the CPU Fan slot. By plugging the H100 into the CPU slot the software can adjust the fan speed as your CPU temperature changes.
