The article claimed that the 45 degree core rotation may indicate 512bit memory support, the photos first appeared on Taiwanese PCDVD forum but I just did a quick search and couldn't find the original thread anywhere.
Still don't know the detail specs though
P.S. The size of NT$10 coin on the photo is about as big as a 10p coin.
