r6vegas vs lost planet

I've only played R6V and it was pretty damn good. Got Lost Planet coming in the net few days so unsure about that, but some reports are that it's good but not great.

Although I'm sure many will disagree, I didn't really get into the plot of Vegas. You're only in Vegas for five minutes before the game is over. The controller sensitivity is a bit low for a game which requires accurate shooting.

I'm enjoying Lost Planet but I can't comment on its length yet.

I've completed both ( :o ), and they're very different games. If you want a vastly improved version of GRAW, then get Vegas...if you want a game more like GOW (although more basic gameplay) then get Lost Planet.

Theirs 6 missions and 4 of them are in Vegas. I seemed to think the single player campaign was quite long (longer than RavenShield anyways). Saying that I was playing other modes as I went through on/off so maybe it seems longer because of that.

Anyway Rainbow 6 rocks if you like that kind of game. Its one of the few games I can see myself playing past a few months. :)

R6V is possibly the best single player experience I've had on 360. It is a superb game.

Lost Planet turned up yesterday, and I've not had a chance to have a good blast on it, though I really enjoyed the small bit I played.

LP is more of a shoot em up though, whilst Vegas is very tactical.

It depends what you fancy mate, as they are very different!
