R7 2700 to R7 3700X Is it worth it?

As per title, If i can get a used 3700X! I mainly game/Sim on my PC, I play AC, ACC, AMS2, RF2 and MSFS mainly, Is it worth the bother? PC specs in my sig, Cheers.
 
Using HWinfo my Vega56 is always 100% and my 2700 around 40-50%, So it's a waste of time? I thought the single core uplift and 7nm might improve things? I am no expert!
 
Cheers for the advice fella's, It ain't a bad old chip TBH, I was bidding on a 3700X but pulled out when it went above £150! I think i will just stick with what i've got untill all the chip shortage madness is over!
