Downloaded and installed the drivers for it?

(Assuming your OS is 64-bit)
try bios update first,
what motherboard are you using? also tried flicking the bios switch on the graphic card?
if the boards not recognising it how you expect to install drivers for it?
boot from onboard graphics and update to latest mb bios then try gpu
first update to f2 bios, download it extract it to usb mem stick then reboot into bios and flash through qflash

once you've done that, install latest gpu drivers off amd website

I'm a bit iffy on the bios update... do I NEED to? it sounds like it can cause problems
you have dual bios, and your 100% safe IF you flash using qflash
