Which way should I have the BIOS switch towards, UEFI or Classic? Is there any differences between them?

Also, the current BIOS version is 015.043.000.001.000000 and I see there is a newer version at TechPowerUp which is 015.044.000.011.000000, is there any advantages of flashing the latest version?

Having it in UEFI mode would be best if you're using a relatively new motherboard and OS. It provides compatibility with features like secure boot and fast boot. If you're running an older system, it doesn't matter.

Don't bother flashing the BIOS either unless you encounter a specific problem. Unlikely to be worth it.
