True and true. AMD may produce crappy reference coolers but their pcb is top notch and their vrms are better than Nvidia's.

Nv reference pcbs can't take volts its no secret. Although throwing high cap vrms on just anything isnt always a sign of great design

Try 14.4 even if fan control is borked. Someone else said auto fan still takes care of business even with 1.4v+. Just don't try it with 1.55v.

At least the driver fan issue isnt as bad as the latest Nv fan issue due to drivers

Whats wrong with the 290X with the Kraken watercooler attached?
I actually love the look of it and being a complete noob at watercooling, I think it's a good way to go, I also have a H100 cooling my CPU
