I think it looks nice, but the size it takes up is a problem if you use more than one on air so definitely a word of caution to people getting more than one. I didn't anticipate this fully myself.

Vapour-X does look nice, i have to agree.

What type of psu were you able to run3 cards on btw? Another card might be in the works for me, but if its going to require a new psu it might be a second 295x2 at some point.

SuperFlower 1000W platinum will run three cards no issue, providing you don't go crazy on the overclocks. I survived for a long time with my three 290P's on my 1000W plat.

Hmm, mine is an evga supernova p2 1kw. Just gonna wait and see what happens with 295 prices, they have to come down again at some point just like the 7990 did.

I could barely fit two Vapor-X cards on my x79-Deluxe. You'd struggle to fit three even on a RIVE

Absolutely. Three 290X cards are the sweet spot at 4K. You'll have enough grunt to use all of your vram too.

have a RM750 currently i imagine it's close to it's limit already without adding another 290x to the system?

That's good just been lookin on the auction site and reference cards are still selling around the 200 mark. I havnt got access to MM how much are they going for on there I want to pay about £150-£160 as you can get them for £230 new from ocuk.

750W should be ok if you run stock with two cards, but it's cutting it very close. Three cards you'll need 1000W minimum.
