That's at 1100mhz too. At stock it's a couple degrees cooler. Nice cooler on this card.

Though I have a clicking noise on the fans at higher speeds which is a bit annoying.

Not bad, couple hundred gpu points better than my best reference card. What gpu clocks was that using?

Yea good on the core. Card suffers a lot of Vdroop. Found this on the 7970 Lightning series. Going from 1.32v down to 1.23v.

Need more voltage, temps are well in check.

You'll need the afterburner mod to get above +200mv.

Take it up to 100Mv.

It won't hurt the card.

It runs at 1250 but artifacts. It could probably pass a short run at 1240. This is with +200mv.
It's my best 290 so far, but still not very good.

Managed to get a run in at 1240/1600 with all voltages whacked up

It doesn't have any more left in it.
