R9 390 Poor Performance?

Does 1440p normally use that much RAM?

I'm no expert but doesn't it look like the CPU is bottlenecking? My 8320 only sits around 50-60% in BF4 at 1080p

Seems strange that they'd manage to fix it for their other cards already, but not for the Furys yet, as im still on the 15.9.1 BETAs because of it.

Taken from the release notes :-

Clock speeds may be seen to fluctuate during gaming on some AMD R9 Fury series products leading to poor performance and/or screen corruption
