First things first

PC Specs

Intel i5-6500
Z170-P D3
8GB DDR3 1866Mhz
Evga 1200W Platinum
60GB SSD
2x XFX R9 Fury (R9-FURY-4WFA)

I get random no signal crashes on the monitor if ULPS is not disabled (strange but aslong as ULPS is disable I dont get the problem), second problem is that one of the GPUs (non primary) seems to clock down to 300Mhz and/or crashes the application.

Note: I have reinstalled windows twice on 2 different drives, used DDU , Clockblocker, tried different drivers from 15.11.1 (Catalyst) and the latest 2 Crimson drivers.

Using Clockblocker sometimes it sticks other times it doesn't with various settings.

Temps are sub 45c on both cards on full load.

I also get this strange fart sound sometimes when loading windows (pump?)...

1 GPU is in Pci-E x16 other one is in Pci-E x4 (only 2 slots on this mobo)

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Im pulling my hair out on this one.

I've always disabled ups with crossfire as its not unusual to get crashing problems especially if the gpu's are overclocked, I disable ups via a reg edit rather than use software
