RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH - iTunes Help Needed

Made the fatal mistake of letting my girlfriend use her iPhone on my iTunes. Now when I plug mine in it comes up saying "Kate's iPhone" and if I try and sync with the library it says I'm synced with another library and only gives me the option to wipe everything off my phone. I've made sure and signed her out of the store account but how can I stop it being lame?

She might have created a new library if she's clever, hold down shift while you launch (cmd on mac)

try this
plug her phone back in
disable autosync on music and everything else
unplug her phone.
go to store and authorize this computer and place in your apple account.
then try pluging your phone in
