RAC HPI checks currently only £5

Looks good for anyone about to buy a car...

IIRC these used to be around £25, but currently they're £5 or 3 checks for £12.

I just used HPI check at the weekend which I could swear was £39.99 last week, and now is £19.99. Used a £5 discount code to bring it to £14.99 and that came ith 7 days free insurance too.

Maybe RAC have noticed this and dropped their prices, as Im sure I checked the RAC price too and it was over £20. Or maybe the underlying prices they have to pay themselves have dropped.

RAC and HPI are part of the same company (Norwich Union). The RAC check is effectively just a rebranded 'lite' version of the HPI Check.

with a decent price like that, there really is no reason not to do it
