Race 07 demo

Have to disagree there, I thought the racing was very close and exciting. The force feedback effects were excellent through a Logitech G25. I hear from other forums the new Race Demo is superb. Have to wait till I get home from hols to download it though :(
 
Just tried this.

I love the GTR series but I can't understand why this new game looks like it was developed five years ago. I generally don't care that much about gfx for racing games but this is starting to look a bit ropey.

Anyway, didn't seem to offer much that I could see. GTR2 was their finest hour.

I've got to say I have been looking forward to Race 07 for a while now. I love Race, its got all the close elements of the WTCC with cars that I think handle well. Race 07 builds on that with more classes and more tracks.

The graphics are shoddy, but then it is a demo and the graphics in the original Race demo where far worse than the final release. I think they will look much better in the final release.
