Race 07: The Official WTCC =Demo=

Simbin, the creators of titles like GTR, GT Legends and GTR2, has released a playable demo of Race 07: Official WTCC Game, allowing you to fully explore the two tracks of Anderstorp, Sweden and Brands Hatch, UK along with the BMW E90 and Seat Leon. All from the current FIA WTCC calendar of 2007. On top of this you will also find the Formula 3000 class included

Looks great, just hope its bug tested & plays better online this time round

Only tried the F3, quite impressed lovely sounds I thought and a good feeling to the driving, hopefully like you say its less buggy than the last version, but the demo has certainly made me consider getting it, when I said I would not after wasting money on the 1st game

Online is still a bit poor, well very poor compared to rFactor, nasty join lag when someone comes in the room, and generally feels a bit rough, shame really as I would only get this for online racing, so unless the full game improves it a lot then will have to give it a miss, which is a shame as I do enjoy the cars.

Well i reckon the F3 was frankly very poor, too arcade/console-like. The BMW and Seat touring cars where a lot better. Gfx are so so, at max settings i was still getting 60fps, which is not a bad thing but i want a game with the visiual qualities of say Colin McRae Dirt and the driving atmosphere of rFactor....
