It should surpass the Race by quite some way and provide fun close racing, however as far as I am aware it hasn't been released on the PC yet. Also the demo on Steam is pretty impressive I think.

imagine they are mixing it with the first RACE wtcc game

not tried the demo, but never have been a massive fan of the engine simbin uses, much more of a lfs fan, and i havent even played that in ages

October 12th is the UK release date, but i do know that it has been availible on warez sites for a week or 2 now so mabe thats where they got it from

Just bought this via Steam. I have to say it does seem a bit better than the previous one, which was average. Sound and graphics are improved and lots of new cars & tracks. So far so good. Works great with Xbox 360 controller too.

did you manage to get rumble support working on the 360 pad?

rumble doesnt work with native drivers most of the time
